Any exceptions to this will be stated on invoices including manufacturers guarantees and warranties.
Complaints Policy
Here at A&J Traditional Roof Renovations we always strive to deliver the best possible services and products to our customers.
However, we recognize that there may be rare occasions where our customers might not be left completely satisfied.
To ensure we are able to address things and put them right as soon as possible. Please read our complaints procedure below and we will respond as soon as possible in order to ensure complete satisfaction.
Upon completion of the works, please inspect the work as soon as possible to ensure that everything has been carried out to our high standards.
In the unlikely event there is anything that you are not completely satisfied with, please don't hesitate to contact us as soon as possible in order for us to rectify any problems as soon as we can.

We aim to respond within 3 working days of receiving your complaint and where possible or required will provide you with a date to remedy any issues raised.
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure as a Which? Trusted Trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
